3680 Hacks Cross Road, Memphis, TN 38125, United States Description Leads multiple projects simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating and expenses, increase revenues and enhance customer service. Essential Functions Leads the development and implementation of operating plans and performs engineering work, conducting studies, preparing data and developing models and analytical tools for use by engineers and operations.
Sets strategy which leads to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or another related engineering discipline. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years experience in industrial engineering or related engineering experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical, computer and communication skills. Ability to develop operating plans and conduct studies Knowledge to set strategies Ability to transform of business processes and operational tools into actionable tools
