• Position Summary
• Quality Assurance Engineering work focuses on developing, modifying, applying, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems/protocols including:
• Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
• Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment
• Conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis to assess the level of control and manage product quality risks
• Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action
• Ensures that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements

Pay Range:

$68,000.00 – $113,000.00

• Responsibilities
• Works on problems of moderate scope and assists with projects or processes while receiving general instructions from higher level professionals
• Applies research towards the planning, design development, testing, and completion of projects
• Impact is short-term, occasionally on medium-term goals
• Continues building knowledge of organization and processes
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 1 year of manufacturing experience; or equivalent work experience
