Certified Medical Assistant Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Assist with FUE/FUT hair transplant procedures Extract and dissect hair grafts under a microscope with precision Load and place grafts into recipient sites accurately and efficiently Maintain a sterile field and follow all infection control protocols Ensure patient comfort and assist with pre- and post-op care Maintain accurate documentation of procedure details and graft counts Prepare surgical rooms and equipment prior to procedures

Qualifications:

2+ year experience in hair transplant or microsurgical assisting (preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented medical environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Certified Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, or RN license (a plus, not required) Willing to undergo training if no prior transplant experience Why Join Us?
