Job Description
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.
Reports to: Director of Plant Operations
- Essential Functions
- Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.
Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.
Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.
Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.

Must complete all assigned education in a timely manner.
Must complete department specific education.
Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-service, projects and committees as assignedAdheres to and supports policies and procedures of the STRHSWorks scheduled shifts including overtime, when necessaryAccepts all call schedule as directedMaintains a neat and professional appearance in compliance to the existing dress code
