At least 5 years’ experience in the field of manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership. Thorough grasp of manufacturing processes, including lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, and value stream mapping. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. Expertise in CAD software and various engineering tools. Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving tasks. Advanced communication skills. Experience in automation and robotics is desirable.
