Run what runs the world This Position reports to: Engineering & Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Die Cast Rotor and Maintenance Departments to facilitate the fabrication and repair of equipment tooling. Execute in-house fabrication and repair procedures to ensure seamless adherence to delivery timelines, fostering customer satisfaction. Safeguard operational continuity by maintaining in-house service capabilities, mitigating potential downtime risks and preserving production schedules. Uphold the imperative of timely order fulfillment by averting disruptions in the manufacturing process. Qualifications High School Diploma required; college-level machining classes preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and BUS/SAP is desirable. 2-5 years of machining and welding experience required. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, gating, thermal and mold design, and flow simulations is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven track record in project management preferred. Ability to read, interpret, and edit technical drawings. Team-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be adaptable to new technologies and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
