Collaborate with CNC programmers to develop efficient manufacturing processes. Issue job releases using JobBoss. Manage projects from initiation to completion. Maintain a professional and positive image with customers. Ensure compliance with industry standards. Design fixtures for large turning machines, 5-axis vertical, and horizontal milling centers. Essential Skills Familiarity with drafting standards, techniques, and interpretation. Understanding of manufacturing techniques, standards, and specifications. Proficiency in SolidWorks. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. 1 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Exposure to CNC Environment. Experience with Bill of Materials. Process improvement skills. Knowledge of Mastercam, JobBoss, and ERP systems. Work Environment The role is based in an onsite environment, requiring comfort in a highly active CNC setting.
