Project Engineer Position Available In Broward, Florida

Job Title:

Project Engineer Job Description Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as R D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations, as well as external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met. Oversee equipment selection, facility modifications, and process implementation for new manufacturing lines or upgrades. Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Support validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new equipment and processes. Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field). + 3-7 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing. + Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility design. + Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet. + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + PMP Certification is strongly preferred. + Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. + Familiarity with ERP systems and digital manufacturing tools. + Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.08 – $55.29/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
