Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have a wide range of simulation knowledge in hardware and software in order to recommend solutions to best fit customer requirements. Candidate must be self-motivated. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to establish priorities to ensure tasks are accomplished on schedule. Respond to tasks and mentorship from Engineering Manager. Must be able to obtain a security clearance when required by the contract. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in an engineering major and five (5) years of experience in engineering discipline; or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and seven (7) years of experience in an engineering discipline; or HS diploma or equivalent and nine (9) years of experience in engineering.
