Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position include: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience 0-2 years of experience in a precision machine shop environment Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office tools Develop documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans), review designs for manufacturability, and support new product introduction Improve workflows and lead cost-reduction and quality initiatives Resolve production challenges and support root cause analysis Design, build, and maintain tools and equipment, including make/buy analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train operators on revised or new processes
Salary:
$70,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
