USD Annually Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Design Engineer with deep expertise in Design-For-Test (DFT) methodologies to lead the development of high-performance ASIC and SoC solutions. This role spans the full IC development lifecycle-from architecture definition to production release-and requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on design skills. Key Responsibilities Lead digital and mixed-signal ASIC design programs. Define ASIC architectures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Implement RTL designs using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog. Develop and integrate DFT strategies including MBIST, scan, ATPG, boundary scan, and JTAG. Apply advanced verification techniques (UVM, assertions, coverage-driven). Support physical design teams with timing closure and layout debugging. Interface with customers to ensure silicon implementation aligns with design intent. Contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and proposal development. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of IC design experience (8+ with a Master’s). Strong command of ASIC/SoC design flows and EDA tools. Proven ability to decompose complex requirements into actionable design plans. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
