$25/hr – $32/hr Job Description We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Commissioning & Qualification Calibration Consultant to join our client’s operations for a 6-month assignment. This role will be instrumental in supporting the commissioning, qualification, calibration, and maintenance efforts of critical systems and equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who thrives in regulated environments and enjoys contributing to the safe, compliant, and efficient functioning of manufacturing and laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, execute, review, and approve protocols for Commissioning, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) related to equipment, facilities, and utilities. Lead and support cross-functional projects ensuring timely and high-quality execution of commissioning and qualification tasks. Collect and manage data generated during qualification activities, ensuring compliance with data integrity and regulatory expectations. Draft specifications for equipment and materials; support engineering investigations and troubleshoot issues as needed. Support the calibration and preventive maintenance activities for instrumentation used in manufacturing, laboratory, and R D operations, including coordination with third-party vendors when applicable. Ensure continued compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements including 21 CFR 211, 21 CFR 820, Part 11, and applicable ISO standards. Collaborate with Maintenance and Calibration teams to meet operational and regulatory objectives. Requirements Associate degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards governing pharmaceutical operations. Familiarity with calibration processes and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Experience with ISPE guidelines is a plus. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
