Engineering Our client, a leading global manufacturing company, is seeking a Process Engineerto join its team at the Winchester, KY/Orlando Florida facility.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager this critical role will focus on identifying andimplementing process improvements that drive productivity, enhancequality, and increase overall plant efficiency. Lead the development and execution of manufacturing controlstrategies to optimize plant performance Apply Six Sigma TQM,and other continuous improvement methodologies toreduce scrap and boost through put Conduct in-depth process audits, generate improvement plans, andmanage implementation from concept to completion Develop and oversee capital project proposals, including costanalysis and project execution Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolveprocess-related challenges and improve operational reliability Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science or a related technical field (or equivalentwork experience) Minimum of 5+ years of experience in process improvement within amanufacturing environment Injection molding and plastics industryexperience is required Experience with capital project management Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Business-oriented mindset with a practical approach to technicalproblem-solving
