Job Description:

As a Project Engineer, you will contribute to strategic initiatives such as lab space rehabilitation, efficiency improvements, and process enhancements.
Additionally, you will assist in maintaining day-to-day lab compliance with company policies and procedures through 6S initiatives, manage schedules and deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve lab objectives.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Self-starter able to perform tasks and develop solutions with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills with the ability to work within a diverse workforce.
Ability to understand policies and procedures.
Detail-oriented approach to documentation, record- keeping, and operational protocols.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, laboratory, sustainment, or manufacturing environment.
Experience with data base tracking systems including the service request system.
Experience interfacing with diverse workforce.
