Project Engineer – Integration, Test & Evaluation – DEFENSE

LOCATION

Orlando, FL

PAY RATE

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (First Shift).

Summary:

Support strategic initiatives including lab space rehabilitation, efficiency improvements, and process enhancements. Manage project schedules, deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet lab objectives. Maintain daily lab compliance with company policies through 6S initiatives. Analyze data, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Provide support and guidance to lab personnel as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education. 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, laboratory operations, sustainment, or manufacturing. Familiarity with database tracking systems, including service request systems. Experience working with a diverse workforce. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Familiarity with gasoline and diesel engines. Strong troubleshooting skills on vehicles. Knowledge of Redstone Arsenal, AL operations. Experience working with military vehicles such as Bradley, HIMARS, MLRS, HUMVEE, and HEMTT. Diesel mechanic experience with bulldozers and/or large diesel engines. Self-starter with minimal supervision required. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
