Design Engineer (EIT) The Design Engineer is responsible for the design and production ofconstruction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permitdocumentation for Hillpointe’s multi-family development projectsthat occur in Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast.
The role involves:
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders Performing hydrologic analyses Contributing to the continuous improvement of the engineeringteam Develop tree management/landscaping plans, site grading plans,earthwork calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans,and utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design.
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relatedfield Three years of proven work experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow (or equivalent),Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsare essential A willingness to learn and work independently. Current EIT, or ability to obtain within 1 year ofemployment
