Develop & implement systems & schedules to maximize mfg. capacity and uptime. Provide mfg. eng. services to site, including equipment, building & facilitymaintenance. Requires Bach. deg. or equiv. frgn. deg. in Chem. Eng., Mech. Eng., Ind. Eng., or Mfg. Eng. At least 3 yrs of exp. (1) working in a mfg. environ.; (2) working w/ design for manufacturability & assembly,lean mfg. & the assembly planning process. At least 2 yrs of this exp. must include (1) managing technical contractors; (2) exp. w/ 5S & Kaizen; (3) working w/ CAD/CAM systems.
