Job Description
Summary:
Seeking a Design Engineer – EIT to produce construction plans and technical documentation for multi-family development projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Three years of proven work experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Current EIT, or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
Preferred Skills:
Willingness to learn and work independently
Responsibilities:
Design and production of construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation Coordinate with multiple stakeholders Perform hydrologic analyses Contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering team Develop tree management/landscaping plans, site grading plans, earthwork calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and utility plans including water and sanitary sewer design
