ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and improve new and existing assembly lines
- Conduct teardown analysis of field returns to drive product improvements
- Drive focused problem-solving and interpretation of data
- Communicate clear action plans & results to leadership & colleagues
- Maintain all manufacturing process documentation
- Lead kaizen events to drive continual process improvement
- Contribute to our strategy & execution beyond just your scope of responsibility
- Develop and implement new manufacturing technology
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong problem-solving abilities (Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt preferred)
- Experience with 2 and 3 Dimensional CAD modelling software (AutoCAD, Solidworks), Project, Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Minitab, FEA and PLC programming (ladder logic) a plus)
BSME, BSEE
required.
- Familiarity with the philosophy of lean
- 0-5 years of experience
