Objective Join a well-established manufacturing organizationserving the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. This role seeks askilled Design Engineer specialist to enhance manufacturingexcellence and drive innovation across dual facility operations.

Responsibilities Engineer and refine gear production methodologiesencompassing machining, hobbing, grinding, and thermal treatmentprocesses Analyze technical drawings and product specifications tomaintain quality benchmarks and performance criteria Evaluate andrecommend optimal tooling, materials, and equipment for gearmanufacturing operations Create custom fixtures and specializedtooling solutions to enhance production capabilities Championcontinuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturingprinciples Partner with cross-functional teams including design,quality assurance, and production to address manufacturingobstacles Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement correctivemeasures for gear-related product issues Maintain expertise inindustry developments, gear standards (AGMA, ISO), and advancingtechnologies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent disciplineMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-volume gearmanufacturing environments Proven experience developing heattreatment protocols with strong metallurgical backgroundComprehensive knowledge of gear configurations (spur, helical,bevel, etc.) and cutting techniques Proficiency with CNC machiningsystems, CAD/CAM applications, and gear design software Deepunderstanding of lean manufacturing principles; Six Sigma BlackBelt certification preferred Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbalcommunication skills Ability to collaborate effectively inteam-oriented environments System One, and its subsidiariesincluding Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leadersin delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions acrossNorth America.
