The Manufacturing Engineer is playing a key role in supportingProduction by driving efficiency, improving product quality, andcontributing to the successful manufacturing of high-precisionproducts. Leveraging technical knowledge and problem-solvingskills, this role is optimizing production processes and helping tomeet output targets. Collaborating across departments, the engineeris ensuring top-tier quality, and improving overall product flow.

With a focus on engineering excellence, they provideinnovative solutions for various industries including robotics,aerospace, medical, and automation. Description In this role youwill report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for:

Reviewing product designs for manufacturability, tolerances,quality standards, and cost considerations Determining fixture andgage needs for new components and designing or sourcing requireditems Preparing manufacturing documentation including setup sheets,sketches, and shop floor instructions Programming CNC machines,resolving startup issues, and optimizing cutting parameters forefficiency and tool life Troubleshooting machinery and processissues in collaboration with shop personnel and engineering teamsWorking hands-on with CNC lathes, machining centers, and a varietyof manufacturing equipment Collaborating cross-functionally withengineering, quality, supervision, and operations to improveproductivity and quality Participating in root cause analysis andimplementing corrective actions for quality issues Assisting intraining machine operators on procedures and task-specificprocesses Profile The successful candidate will have: Associatesdegree or equivalent CAD/CAM drawing / design / dimensioningfamiliarity 5 years CNC machining experience, turning and millingpreferred

MRP / ERP
