Description The CNC Manufacturing Engineer’s ResponsibilitiesInclude:

Evaluate product designs for manufacturability, toleranceadherence, quality compliance, and cost efficiency Identify anddesign or procure fixtures and gauges needed for new componentsCreate detailed manufacturing documents, including setup sheets,sketches, and shop floor instructions Program CNC machines,troubleshoot startup challenges, and fine-tune cutting parametersto maximize efficiency and tool longevity Diagnose and resolvemachinery and process issues alongside shop floor staff andengineering teams Operate CNC lathes, machining centers, andvarious manufacturing equipment hands-on Work collaboratively withengineering, quality assurance, supervision, and operations toenhance productivity and product quality Engage in root causeanalysis and drive corrective actions to address quality concernsSupport the training of machine operators on operational proceduresand specific task workflows

Profile Ideal CNC ManufacturingEngineer:

Associate’s degree or equivalent education Proficiencywith CAD/CAM software for drawing, design, and dimensioning Over 5years of CNC machining experience, preferably with turning andmilling Experience with MRP/ERP systems is an advantage Strongunderstanding of machine shop operations and practices
