The Memory PHY team is looking for a passionate and experiencedDesign Engineer for RTL and Firmware development of high-speed

LPDDR, DDR

IPs. Be a part of the definition, design and developmentphase of industry-leading Memory PHYs and interface IP. Thisopportunity includes creation of new IO designs as well as workingon multiple designs and enhancing methodologies in parallel. Be apart of a team that delivers Industry leading IP and help ourexperts in RTL, FW, circuit, and architecture teams develop leadingedge and differentiating IPs.

The Person:

You have a passion formodern, complex processor architecture, digital design, andverification in general. You are a team player who has excellentcommunication skills and experience collaborating with otherengineers located in different sites/timezones. You have stronganalytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn andready to take on problems.

Key Responsibilities:

RTL design formemory I/O PHY Digital Architecture development from pathfinding,coding, verification to physical implementation PHY link layerdesign, implementation & verification with Analog and Systemarchitect. PHY Analog/Digital co-design Digital design and RTLcoding Timing Synthesis & Drive Physical implementation Collaboratewith architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers tounderstand the new features to be verified Build the unit testsDebug design failures to determine the root cause; work with DV andfirmware engineers to resolve design defects and correct any testissues

Preferred Experience:

Digital design engineering experienceProficient in debugging firmware and RTL code using simulationtools Proficient in using UVM testbenches and working in Linux andWindows environments Experienced with Verilog, System Verilog, C,and C++ Excellent knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog and ascripting language; experience with Python, Perl and TCL is a plusKnowledge of clocking architectures, synchronization, and CDCmethodology SERDES, DDR, Memory Controller, or MAC Designexperience is preferred Strong understanding of computerorganization/architecture. Mixed signal RTL experience is a plus

Academic Credentials:

Bachelors or Masters degree in computerengineering/
