CNC Engineer Position Summary We’re hiring a CNC Engineer with 3years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup. This rolesupports precision machining of complex parts across materials likestainless, aluminum, titanium, and superalloys—from prototype toproduction. A background in mechanical design and a degree inMechanical Engineering is preferred. Key Responsibilities Developand optimize CNC programs using CAM software. Set up and runmulti-axis CNC mills and lathes to tight tolerances (±0.0003″).Design and refine workholding solutions and fixtures. Read andinterpret mechanical drawings and GD&T. Collaborate withengineering and quality teams to resolve production issues andimprove workflows. Maintain accurate documentation and supportprocess improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3 years of CNCmachining experience, including programming and setups. Proficientwith CAM software and 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar). Strongunderstanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Experiencewith automated machining environments and in-process inspectiontools. Knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards and quality documentation.
