Job Description:

We are looking for a formulated intelligent controls andautomation engineer to join our team! The formulated intelligentcontrols and automation engineer will assist Gillette’s globalmanufacturing plants in the implementation of automated systems andcontrols at our factories. We want someone who can help us improveproduction processes through the development of intelligent controlsystems. This role involves designing, testing and implementing newtechnologies to optimize plant operations while ensuring safetystandards are met. There will be up to 25% business travel would berequired for this role as you will be working with ourmanufacturing plans located across the globe to roll out automatedprocess for our Gillette razor blades.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing new products and solutions using industry-standard toolssuch as AutoCAD or SolidWorks;
• Developing algorithms for machinelearning models;
• Creating simulations to test out ideas beforethey go into production;
• Troubleshooting issues on existingequipment;
• Working closely with other departments likeengineering, marketing, purchasing etc.;
• Ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements during all stages of product developmentcycle;
• Providing technical support throughout entire lifecycle ofprojects including commissioning & training when necessary;
• Collaborating effectively across multiple disciplines to achievegoals efficiently;
• Continuously seeking opportunities forimprovement by leveraging latest advancements in technology.
