Salary Range:

 $95,000 – $125,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our engineering team and lead technical projects within our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring that engineering projects are executed efficiently—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Engineer will coordinate cross-functional teams and apply sound engineering principles to deliver robust, high-performance systems and processes. This position may require domestic and global travel to support project implementation and coordination at customer or partner sites.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion.
Define project scopes, develop schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
Collaborate with teams across design, production, quality, and supply chain to ensure project success.
Ensure engineering solutions meet technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Create and interpret technical drawings and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
Drive continuous improvement and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and environmental standards.
Communicate project status and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project execution, supplier engagement, or customer collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).
2-5 years of project engineering experience in a high-tech or advanced manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, systems integration, and automation.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
Skilled in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Understand and practice current

ISO 9000

(Quality Management) and

ISO 14001

(Environmental Management) standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to travel globally as needed (up to 20-30%).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Background in cleanroom, robotics, precision tooling, or mechatronics is a plus.
