We are seeking a skilled and innovative Controls Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems for various applications, ensuring functionality, reliability, and efficiency in our projects. Key Responsibilities Design and develop control systems for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
Create and review control panel schematics and layouts.
Work with various control technologies including PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo Motors.
Collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Utilize CAD and CAM tools for design purposes.
Optimize existing control systems for improved performance and efficiency.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Maintain documentation related to design processes and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of control systems and design principles.
Knowledge in CAD/CAM software and design tools.
Familiarity with Beckhoff, Siemens, and NFPA standards.
Experience with project management and ERP/CRM systems.
Programming skills in C# and C++ are a plus.
