We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and improve our production processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Utilize Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and reduce defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies
Design and optimize layouts for efficiency and safety
Conduct quality control assessments and develop corrective actions as needed
Manage projects related to manufacturing enhancements and process automation
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technologies to apply best practices in manufacturing Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools
Familiarity with CAD software and design principles is a plus
Experience in process improvement and quality control techniques
Understanding of automation and robotics in manufacturing
Knowledge of materials engineering and production planning
Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve manufacturing issues
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives
