- As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in identifying areas for enhancement, designing and implementing new manufacturing processes, and analyzing data to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and elevate productivity. Responsibilities
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
Strong capability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to optimize production. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement. Possess deep understanding of manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment. Attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing processes. Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Competence in managing multiple projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Strong emphasis on safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Dedication to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of manufacturing. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
US Citizen 5+ years of experience and demonstrated success in process improvement, project management, quality control, tool and die design, and implementing continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in machining, casting, forging, and other manufacturing processes. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office. Initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction and/or few guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Pay range and compensation package
