Piper Companies is seeking an Automation BMS Engineer for a hybrid position in Holly Springs, North Carolina (NC ) that would come on-site 2-3 days a week. Automation BMS Engineer :

Lead Building Management Systems (BMS) integration projects across Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM3/4) and the Central Utilities Building (CUB), ensuring alignment with existing systems. Coordinate on-site activities 2-3 days per week to collaborate with functional leaders and resolve project roadblocks. Manage cross-functional teams and external system integrators to deliver project milestones on time. Develop and oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting and managing system integration partners. Support technical aspects of BMS systems including Wonderware SCADA, TopView, ICE, and related infrastructure. Qualifications for the

Automation BMS Engineer :

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing control systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Wonderware. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing internal and external teams, with a focus on defining scope, maintaining schedules, and delivering project milestones. Experience with BMS systems such as chillers, boilers, and AHUs.

Compensation:

Salary Range :

$100,000-$120,000 depending on years of experience
