We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and improving product quality. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in engineering principles to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and implement innovative solutions in our production environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement manufacturing processes that maximize efficiency and product quality.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects in the manufacturing processes.
Design and improve layouts and workflows using CAD software to enhance productivity.
Conduct process analysis and improvement projects to streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements related to manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation and robotics into production lines.
Perform troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
Manage projects related to process improvement and equipment upgrades from conception to implementation.
Conduct statistical analysis to monitor process performance and quality control measures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a strong focus on process improvement.
Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and methodologies, Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
Proficient in CAD software for designing manufacturing layouts and processes.
Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality control practices.
Experience with automation and robotics in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
