What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Leading the integration of new equipment and automation technologies
Boosting efficiency, quality, and reliability across production lines
Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
Training teams to confidently operate and maintain control systems
You’ll Need:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or similar (or equivalent experience)
3+ years in controls/automation—bonus if it’s in food or CPG manufacturing
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, SCADA, etc.
Solid grasp of robotics, IIoT, and advanced automation technologies
Clear communication and sharp troubleshooting instincts

$80K-$100K base salary
