We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles as well as hands-on experience in manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet production goals and quality standards.
Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
Utilize CAD and PLM tools to design and document process flows and layouts.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure successful transition from development to manufacturing.
Support assembly operations with technical expertise in electro-mechanical and optoelectrical systems.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Analyze data from manufacturing processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical and optoelectrical systems.
Experience with assembly processes and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
Proficient in CAD software and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
