The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will wear many hats andsupport a small manufacturing environment. In this role you willget to work autonomously, supporting the manufacturing of new andexisting surgical medical devices. Client Details My client is astable and innovative company specializing in manufacturinghigh-precision products. They were established over 30 years agoand are continuing to grow, allowing this Senior ManufacturingEngineer to have a great opportunity to learn and advance theircareer. Description Some of the key responsibilities for the SeniorManufacturing Engineer may include: Modeling new and existing partsin SolidWorks. Creating step-by-step visual assembly drawingsaligned with this company’s style and methodologies Workinghands-on with small shop machines such as mills, drill presses, andjeweler’s lathes. Designing and creating fixtures and prototypes asneeded. Reading and detailing mechanical drawings accurately.

Developing and introducing new products into production. Creatingand improving manufacturing processes, integrating productionpersonnel in development efforts. Writing and executing testprotocols and analyze results through test reports. Conductpractical analysis of test outcomes. Processing and managing changeorders in compliance with MDSAP, FDA, and other regulatoryrequirements (training provided). Profile The successful SeniorManufacturing Engineer will have the following background: 7 yearsof experience in the Medical Device industry or another highlyregulated environment Bachelor of Science degree in Engineeringdisciple Strong background with Solidworks for assembling drawingsand modeling Familiarity with shop machines such as small mills,drill presses, lathes, etc. Experience with new productionintroduction and creating processes on the manufacturing floorExperience writing and executing test protocols Experience workinghands-on in a highly regulated environment Apply today forimmediate consideration!
