Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for moldingand assembly operations. Program, install, and maintain roboticsand automation systems, including PLCs and HMIs and integrate andoptimize Vision Systems for quality inspection and process control.

Description Design, develop, and implement automation solutions forblow/injection molding and assembly operations. Program, install,and maintain robotics and automation systems, including PLCs andHMIs. Integrate and optimize Vision Systems for quality inspectionand process control. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, production, and quality to troubleshootissues and implement continuous improvements. Support new productlaunches and scale up automation capabilities across multiplelines. Drive data-based process improvements to reduce cycle times,improve yield, and ensure consistent product quality. Profile4-year degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation,or a related field (preferred but not required). Flexibility oncandidate educational background – title and level will be alignedwith experience. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, orsimilar continuous improvement methodologies. Experience inplastics manufacturing (blow molding, injection molding, orassembly environments). Strong hands-on experience with automationsystems, robotics, and control systems. Working knowledge of VisionSystems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, etc.). Ability to read andinterpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
