Job Details Responsibilities:
Lead projects to streamline production processes, improve tooling,reduce waste, and enhance equipment reliability. Work with internalteams to investigate and resolve quality issues using structuredproblem-solving methods such as 8D, Kaizen, and root causeanalysis. Create and maintain documentation, including StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Supportproduction teams with technical guidance and troubleshootingsupport. Contribute to automation system design and assist withimplementation and improvements. Analyze production data to driveperformance improvements and cost savings. Collaborate withaccounting to align engineering solutions with financialperformance goals. Develop layouts, tools, and fixtures to improveprocess flow, accuracy, and ergonomics. Participate in processreviews and risk assessments related to new and existing products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, orIndustrial Engineering (or a related field). Minimum 5 years ofexperience in a production or manufacturing environment. Solidunderstanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuousimprovement methodologies. Proficient with mechanical andelectrical systems; hands-on experience preferred. Experience with3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Familiarity with GD&T,time studies, and automation systems is a plus. Strongcommunication, organizational, and analytical skills.
