Opportunity Overview:

Our Global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) business is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our production facility located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. Global I&C produces complex, electro-mechanical instrumentation systems used in commercial nuclear industry for customers worldwide.

What your day-to-day looks like:

Recommend and develop build sequences for variety of Safety and Non-Safety Nuclear I&C systems Work effectively with I&C hardware design teams to resolve design issues on the production floor Analyze nonconformances and provide instructions to technicians for rework & repair Participate in weekly production meetings with planning, project engineering and project management Collaborate with project team, shop technicians, QC, QA, supply chain, and planning when issues arise to drive solutions in safety Work with Production Planning and shop Technicians in development of production order operations What we’d like to see from you: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred Or 60 credits in an engineering or technical discipline, plus 1 – 2 years of experience or commensurate experience in manufacturing process An understanding of commercial nuclear industry or other regulated industry Strong computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our Safety Pledge to
