Job Details Responsibilities:
Optimize and refine manufacturingprocesses to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Analyzeproduction data to reduce variation and increase efficiency throughscientific and data-driven methods. Lead tooling validations andsupport new equipment or product introductions. Troubleshootequipment, tooling, and automation systems to reduce downtime andimprove throughput. Create and maintain standardized processdocumentation for consistency across shifts. Contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and DOEmethodologies. Enhance and maintain automation systems, includingprogramming and supporting robotic tools. Collaborate closely withengineering, quality, and operations teams to align on productiongoals. What you need for this position: Bachelor’s degree inEngineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fieldpreferred). 5 years of hands-on experience in a high-volumemanufacturing or process engineering environment. Strongunderstanding of process development, validation, and optimizationmethods. Experience working with CAD software, CNC equipment, andindustrial robotics. Ability to interpret and work from technicaldrawings, specs, and process documentation. Familiarity with ISOstandards, quality systems, and structured process control. Provenanalytical and problem-solving skills in technical environments.
