Job DetailsResponsibilities:
Optimize and refine manufacturing processes toensure consistent, high-quality output. Analyze production data toreduce variation and increase efficiency through scientific anddata-driven methods. Lead tooling validations and support newequipment or product introductions. Troubleshoot equipment,tooling, and automation systems to reduce downtime and improvethroughput. Create and maintain standardized process documentationfor consistency across shifts. Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and DOE methodologies. Enhanceand maintain automation systems, including programming andsupporting robotic tools. Collaborate closely with engineering,quality, and operations teams to align on production goals.
Whatyou need for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field preferred). 5 years ofhands-on experience in a high-volume manufacturing or processengineering environment. Strong understanding of processdevelopment, validation, and optimization methods. Experienceworking with CAD software, CNC equipment, and industrial robotics.
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, specs, andprocess documentation. Familiarity with ISO standards, qualitysystems, and structured process control. Proven analytical andproblem-solving skills in technical environments. Must be able towork onsite in Erie, CO and engage in occasional customer-facinginteractions. Interested in hearing more?
