Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement acomprehensive strategy for manufacturing systems and automationwithin the project team, ensuring alignment with safety, quality,business, and user requirements. Create detailed project plansoutlining schedules, resource allocation, milestones, anddeliverables for the automation and manufacturing systems scope.

Lead the project automation team in the design and development ofcontrol systems for manufacturing processes and facilities,ensuring accurate installation and compliance with safety, qualityand sustainability objectives. Integrate automation systems withdigital applications, ensuring seamless connectivity betweenproduction, quality control, and data management. Coordinate withprocurement and project teams to select vendors, ensuring theirsolutions meet quality and regulatory standards. Ensure consistencyin automation design and execution between all Sanofi facilities,adhering to a uniform approach. Identify and manage risksproactively, ensuring compliance with GMP and minimizingdisruptions to project timelines and costs.

About You Experience :

Proven track record in managing complex manufacturing systemsinvolving automation, robotics, and advanced technologies, in thepharmaceutical sector.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in ProcessControl Systems (DeltaV), SCADA (Ignition), PLCs (Rockwell), andother automation technologies (Data Historian, Building ManagementSystems (BMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with theability to design and implement robust system integrationarchitectures.

Education :

A degree in Engineering, Automation,Computer Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or arelated field.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, effective communication with stakeholders, and leadershipand collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

Languages:
