North American Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122 About US FlashPCB is a US-based rapid PCB prototyping service. We are using AI and smart software to eliminate the traditional setup and quoting time in the PCB manufacturing process. We provide instant checkout of assembled PCBs with very short lead time. What You’ll Do We are looking for a hard working, diligent, goal oriented and ambitious engineer to program jobs and set up the SMT line. You will ensure on time delivery of high quality PCBs to our customers. You will lead a team of skilled technicians doing hand assembly.
Responsibilities:
Setup and Programming of automated SMT line Training and support of Assembly Technicians Investigates production problems and recommends possible solutions Communicate production and setup issues with customers Maintain a safe work environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a technical degree with hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing Comfortable with ECAD (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad) and basic data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Python a plus) Working knowledge of SMT processes, reflow ovens, pick-and-place, and inspection techniques Experience with CNC programing or automated equipment setup. Proven work ethic with a get the job done mentality Preferred Qualifications IPC-610 and
J-STD-001
