This is a permanent,full-time position where you will play a critical role in ourorganization by developing and improving engineering designs andprojects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety ofprojects, applying your skills to create innovative solutions thatmeet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities:
As a Design Engineer, your responsibilities willinclude: 1. Developing, modifying, and improving existingengineering systems and designs to meet client requirements. 2.Performing complex engineering analyses and using FEA (FiniteElement Analysis) to validate design competence. 3. Collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed ontime and within budget. 4. Ensuring compliance with industrystandards, including AS9100 and ITAR regulations. 5. Creating andpresenting detailed reports on project status, design process, andvalidation results. 6. Identifying opportunities for innovation andmaking recommendations for improvements. 7. Providing technicalguidance to junior engineers and other team members. 8.Participating in design reviews and providing constructivefeedback. 9. Managing multiple projects simultaneously,prioritizing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
To be considered forthe Design Engineer position, you must possess the followingqualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relatedfield is required. 2. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in asimilar role, preferably in the aerospace engineering industry. 3.Proficiency in FEA and familiarity with AS9100 and ITARregulations. 4. Strong technical design skills, with a keen eye fordetail. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creativeapproach to overcoming challenges. 6. Strong communication skills,with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teammembers. 7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as wellas independently. 8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects andmeet deadlines. 9. A commitment to continuous learning anddevelopment. 10. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferredbut not required.
