What you will be doing:
Leading Lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing environments Supporting change and improvement projects with measurable outcomes Collaborating with US-based client stakeholders to shape delivery Applying Green Belt+ Lean skills to identify and drive improvements Influencing client direction with strong character and leadership presence Managing relationships and ensuring programme success across functions Formal qualifications or training: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) 5-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or transformation Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and programme delivery Exposure to change management approaches Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, operations, or related field Make a Difference with
