MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, compliant production of high-quality products by leading cross-functional initiatives, resolving technical issues, and managing project timelines. This is a contract position with direct-hire potential.

Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM-3:30 PM OR 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR
High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing
Preferred Education and Experience
1+ years of experience in production processes, manufacturing, or equipment
General Requirements

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Capability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
In-depth understanding of complex technical concepts in your field
Strong aptitude for working hands-on with equipment
Essential Functions
Support machining cells including troubleshooting, improving equipment reliability, process rigor, tooling, and minor programming needs
Manage projects and continuous improvement efforts aligned with plant metrics
Lead and drive qualifications as needed
Ensure all engineering designs and technical data meet customer CTQs and compliance requirements
Create and improve technical work instructions for manufacturing processes
Maintain and improve process documentation and enforce quality standards in assigned areas
Implement and continuously improve 5S methodology; drive cultural change
Support NPI/Repair efforts by providing technical support for processes, quality, and programs
Lead analytical and design activities using established technologies and approaches
Mentor others in areas of expertise
Develop new solutions in a team setting or based on organizational precedents
Communicate effectively within the function and area of expertise
Perform other related duties as assigned
