Lead Manufacturing Engineer Position Available In Greenwood, South Carolina

Infosys is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer for CNC machine shop. This role will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and execution of introducing new machinery and equipment into the client’s production processes. It requires collaboration with various departments; including engineering, production, quality assurance, and maintenance – to ensure that new machines meet operational standards and enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity. •

Required Qualifications:

•Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hodges, SC or be willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding. This position may require travel to project locations. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Minimum 4 years of experience in machine introduction, manufacturing processes, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance techniques, and production processes.

Project Management:

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess machine performance and operational needs. •

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
