process or equivalent Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000 Experience with Aluminium Metal forming processes – Forming, Heat Treat, Artificial Ageing Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers Special Requirements Identifies and anticipates technical problems and offers solutions Ability to apply complex and non-routine analysis Operates with minimum of supervision in a complex environment Experience with CNC/Spin Forming/ Metal Fabrication in an Aerospace Manufacturing Environment Experience in tool design Must be able to perform work subject to

ITAR/EAR

regulations and/or program requirements Fabrication, machining, welding and assembly experience Root cause methodologies experience Six Sigma green belt certification or training Experience with auditing Liaison engineering experience Aerospace experience is strongly Customer facing experience Ability to use test equipment and inspection equipment Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Technical Skills Provides technical expertise to rapidly solve issues pertaining to vendor schedule and/or quality.
