We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead our engineering team in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement Six Sigma methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules effectively.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
Oversee quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead projects aimed at automating manufacturing processes and improving production capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
Familiarity with quality control processes and production planning techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
