Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality in our client’s North American manufacturing operations. This individual will implement and maintain robust quality control systems, conduct data-driven analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance within lithium battery materials production.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective quality control strategies aligned with regulatory standards.
Perform comprehensive inspections and testing to proactively identify and resolve quality issues.
Analyze quality data and implement improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Address and resolve customer quality concerns with professionalism and technical expertise.
Collaborate with production teams and suppliers on quality improvement projects.
Maintain and update quality management procedures and documentation.
Support new product development by defining quality requirements and offering improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality management in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and
IATF 16949.
Proficient in inspection techniques, quality analysis tools, and measurement instruments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred.
Educational background in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
