The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient production operations. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing methodologies to support the development of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and improve quality.
Create and analyze CAD models to support product design and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify defects and develop corrective actions.
Assist in project management related to manufacturing process improvements and equipment installations.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools.
Knowledge of quality assurance practices and materials science.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost reduction techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
