We’re hiring a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement and new product launches in a fast-paced, precision-driven automotive facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage new product launches and process improvement projects . Monitor and optimize production metrics such as cycle times , scrap rates , efficiency , and equipment utilization . Collaborate with Manufacturing , Quality , and R D teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production. Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving tools (flowcharts, fishbone diagrams, etc.). Analyze data using statistical quality control and present findings through reports, graphs, and charts. Recommend and implement design improvements , equipment upgrades , and process modifications . Develop and maintain documentation, including FMEA procedures , technical reports, and process flow diagrams. Support compliance with safety , environmental , and quality standards .
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
Experience:
Entry-level, recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of CNC programming and PLC programming/nomenclature Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Word , and AutoCAD Familiarity with
FMEA , SPC
, and close-tolerance measurement tools Ability to read and interpret technical part drawings Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems , and Special equipment like CBN grinding and chip handling systems What Makes You a
